The Vittoria & District Foundation Inc. presents framed Milestone Certificates for all residents (former and present) who celebrate extra-special Birthdays and Anniversaries if we become aware of them.

We define "extra-special" birthdays as 75, 80, 85, etc. and "extra-special" anniversaries as 40, 45, 50, etc.

The Foundation also presents congratulatory framed certificates to their scholarship winners and others who have achieved extra-special accomplishments.
